WIAW (Two Days Late) + OOTD + Fashion Reviews

Hey friends! How are you today? I have the day off, which is super nice – it’s taking me a ton of energy adjusting to having a full time job instead of just being part time, but I do enjoy my work at Express! My colleagues are so awesome, and they make my job a joy. Admittedly, I sometimes still doubt my ability to do my job, but this comes and goes … it usually waxes when I’m off and wanes when I’m actually at work.

I did a What I Ate Wednesday but forgot to post it – so here it is, two days late ~

Breakfast salad with eggs and salsa …

Light vanilla yogurt with a small orange …

Sauteed bacon and broccoli with avocado green goddess ….

… and chicken salad for dinner at work!

My OOTD ~

I’m working on getting a full length mirror to help with my OOTDs – today I wore SPACE BUNS with Express tee, Express Outlet leggings, Forever 21 cardigan, and Free People heels (reviewed below). This is most certainly a “minimal makeup, crazy hair” day off work! 🙂

A few fashion reviews ….

The Juniper Jumpsuit in a size 6 … KEEPER! I find it runs TTS. This jumpsuit is proving very popular on FP as it is nearly sold out (I was lucky to snag one). My one complaint is that the rung/holes on the straps aren’t nearly short enough – I tightened them bypassing all of the three holes and not using the rung – and thankfully the straps are snug enough not to need a hole to hold them in place.

For fun, I styled the jumpsuit with an Express sweater, and I love the look!

And the Walk On By Heel in red, size 9, is … a KEEPER! Guys, these shoes are super comfortable for being 3″ heels. I have some 2″ heels that aren’t as comfortable as these.

… and I have a few more things on the way in the form of two leotards that I snagged for $19.99 each …. I want to incentivize myself to work out more often, so I thought buying a few cute leotards would be a good idea! We shall see, ha!

(In all seriousness, I need to keep hitting the weights with my hubs! I’ve got about 10-15 vanity pounds to lose, or rather about 2 inches to lose in my waist.)

AAAAAAND you guys! My insurance is FINALLY paying for my Vraylar and my Trintellix (for my bipolar I and depression) after having to take samples from the doctor’s office for about a year … MAJOR WIN!

Alrighty, that’s my spiel! Have a great day, my friends! 🙂
